She really used to feel disgusting when people used to call her with different funny names like golu,chubby,fat and motu.She weighed 73.5 kg and because of her shapeless body she started loosing her self-confidence and she was feeling so disgusting about her body that she used to avoid herself to look in the mirror.Her fondness for shopping or trying new clothes was reduced.

The Turning Point:-

One day,she decided that she will remain consistent and will put sincere efforts to be the best version of herself.She started searching for online nutrition and ended up on john abraham’s nutrition plan which motivated her a lot.

Diet:-

She avoided sugar because she understood that sugar in excess is the main reason behind being fat for years and she Replaced sugar with natural sugar sources and used to eat home-made food.She don’t used to remain relayed on any artificial source of protein, vitamins or any weight loss pills.

Breakfast: Oats, eggs, sprouts or baked chicken/fish.

Lunch: Roti, dal, vegetables and salad

Dinner: Roti, dal, vegetables and salad

On cheat days: Baked chicken, khakhra and idli

Workout:-

She used to workout five days a week.

Her Four effective exercises which worked on her: Planks, push ups, squats and lunges.

She also used to do weight training along with leading an active lifestyle.

Finally she transformed.Hardwork pays off.
