How can I lose 6 lbs in 5 days?

 By unveiling the secrets of rapid weight loss and "how to drop 14 lbs in 28 days" I intend to bring hope to those who have struggled in the past despite trying everything to lose weight.

From my experience those that have "tried everything to lose weight" jump from diet to diet or move through exercise fads without ever building the basic principles necessary for weight loss into their lifestyle.

We often overcomplicate weight loss so it is my aim today to give you 5 simple secrets that you can apply straight away for weight loss success.

1) Drink more water

I class this as the number one secret of weight loss as it really makes a significant difference. If you are dehydrated your body will just not drop weight at the rate it should regardless of what diet you follow.

Aim for a litre of water for every 50lbs of bodyweight. Spread this out throughout the day. Add a pinch of sea or Himalayan salt to the water to reduce toilet trips as you get used to the increase.

2) Get to bed earlier

If you get to sleep by 10.30pm most evenings then you will lose weight. Getting to sleep before 10.30pm improves the balance of hormones that promote fat loss and limits the effect of hormones that promote fat storage. It may take a little time to get used to but it is worth it. You will also wake up more refreshed and alert.

3) Eat only clean, natural unprocessed foods.

Your supermarket is full of foods that have been pumped full of chemicals to keep them on the shelves. When you eat those foods you get pumped full of chemicals that irritate your body, ruin your digestion and ultimately leave you mall nourished leading to extreme cravings, low energy and weight gain. When you eat only natural fresh foods, things that you could grow, pick or catch, your weight will naturally start to drop as your body flourishes on the nutrient rich foods.

4) Avoid stimulants and chemicals

Caffeine, alcohol, drugs and pills etc will all ultimately leave your body in a weary state as your adrenal glands eventually give up trying to cope with the chemical onslaught. The adrenal glands control your hormone response to many processes within your body including fat loss and fat storage. If the adrenal glands can't work you simply wont lose weight.

5) Decide what you want, when you want it and why

If you start a weight loss program without knowing the wants, whens and whys your success rate will drop significantly. Write the following down before you even consider starting a weight loss diet or exercise program:

I will lose exactly X amount of weight

I will lose X amount of weight by Y (date)

I will lose X amount of weight by Y because Z (reason)

by knowing and writing down your XYZ of Weight loss you are committing your subconscious mind to the program and will be more motivated towards success.
